We are looking for a receptionist for Vattnets Hus

Do you want to be the spider in the web of a house filled with life, movement, and well-being?

We are now looking for a receptionist who wants to help create first-class service and a welcoming experience for our guests – every day.

About the role

As a receptionist with us, you have a central role in the operation. You coordinate the work in reception, shop, and memberships, work administratively, and are often the first and last person our guests meet. A lot happens here – therefore, we are looking for someone who is confident, solution-oriented, and enjoys responsibility.

You work both independently and with colleagues to ensure that the workflow in the house runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and reception in the shop
• Active sales of memberships
• Administration and work in the business system BRP
• Be a problem solver in daily work
• Ensure high quality in service and reception
• Help where needed – even with light cleaning if necessary

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in service and customer interaction.
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a role where the pace varies and many balls are in the air
• Is flexible, unpretentious, and steps up for the team when needed
• Has an interest or background in spa, fitness, or health
• Thinks long-term about customer relationships, sustainability, and profitability
• We would like you to be able to hold Aufguss, spa treatments, or lead water training or similar.

About the position

• Positions: 50% and 75%
• Working hours: daytime, evenings and every other weekend
• Start: by agreement
