Lawyer for the Tenants' Association in Northern Skåne

Every day, the Tenants' Association, its elected representatives, employees, and members contribute to improving housing for people. We have been doing this for many years, and we want to continue to advocate for tenants' interests, rights, and opportunities to influence their housing in the future.

We now need reinforcement and are looking for a lawyer for the Tenants' Association in the Northern Skåne region, with the workplace located in Helsingborg.

Your mission

As a lawyer with us, you will be a central player in our legal work. You will investigate complex legal issues while also driving processes in court. An important part of the role is that you feel comfortable in the role of representative and have a good ability to communicate both orally and in writing. You can also meet people in various contexts and use your legal knowledge to guide members to a solution.

Your background

To fit in as a lawyer at the Tenants' Association, you are a driven and self-sufficient person who thrives in a leadership role and has an easy time taking responsibility and building trust. You have a strong analytical ability and a systematic approach, while also being secure and able to focus even in pressured situations.

Collaboration skills are important in the role as you need to work closely with both elected representatives, members, and colleagues. As a lawyer, you are service-oriented and communicative, both in speech and writing. You have experience in testing, investigating, and driving legal issues.

We are looking for someone who:

Qualifications:

For the role, you need to have a Swedish law degree and completed legal clerkship or a few years of litigation experience. We prefer that you handle legal matters independently and are comfortable in the role of representative. The work requires that you are communicative and have a high service ability towards our members and elected representatives.

Meritorious:

If you have other language skills besides Swedish and English, as well as media experience, it is considered meritorious.
