JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The overall responsibility of the payroll unit is to, on behalf of the Municipal Executive Board, drive a clear and stable personnel and payroll policy in the municipality.

As a payroll administrator, you act as an internal consultant whom managers, management support, and employees can turn to regarding salary-related questions. You help create good conditions within the organization concerning everything related to payroll administration. We work with Visma Personec P.

Your tasks will include:

• Payroll administration
• Troubleshooting in Personec P and other systems such as Time Care and WinLas
• Employer certificates and income inquiries
• Application of laws and agreements in the area
• Training and providing support to the operations
• Providing professional and consultative support to managers in various parts of the municipality

QUALIFICATIONS

You have an education in payroll or equivalent experience that makes you feel confident in the role of payroll administrator.

We assume that you are used to working with computers and can handle the Office suite without any problems. If you also have experience in payroll administration, Personec P, the public sector, or HÖK/General Regulations, that is a plus.
