About the Role

As an Internal Controls Specialist, you will work closely with our Internal Controls Senior Manager and collaborate with leaders across several European countries and functions. Your task is to ensure compliance with our internal control framework and drive continuous improvements in our processes.

Your responsibilities:

· Conduct tests and evaluations of internal business controls.

· Support system updates and process improvements to ensure robust controls.

· Train and guide colleagues on internal control responsibilities.

· Be the point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding testing and issue management.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a solid and broad experience in Accounting, Internal Controls, or Internal Audit, preferably from a multinational organization.

You have:

· A good understanding of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in a simple and pedagogical manner.

· A relevant academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

· Fluent English and Swedish or Danish in both spoken and written form

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working independently, take ownership of your tasks, and have a solution-oriented mindset.

Why JELD-WEN?

Here you will have the opportunity to:

· Work in a dynamic and international environment.

· Influence and improve processes in a global organization.

· Be part of a culture based on strong values: ethics, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Enjoy competitive benefits and development opportunities.
