On behalf of our client, we are looking for a senior change leader for managers within the Property Management Operations.
The purpose of the training is to develop operations managers and unit managers within Property Management Operations in change management, focusing on how they use their leadership to successfully implement new working methods and support employees throughout the change process.
The goal is to raise the minimum competency level of all managers to a common and accepted level in change management, tailored to the property management's mission and case handling. The training will provide managers with practical tools, a common terminology, and increased ability to lead change in everyday life.
Qualifications:
The trainer has documented and extensive practical experience in leading, supporting, and training organizations in change work. The experience includes both strategic and operational changes, such as organizational changes, business development, digitalization, and the introduction of new working methods.
The trainer has operated in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and has experience working with management, managers, key personnel, and employees at various levels. The experience includes both successful change initiatives and situations where resistance, uncertainty, or low change maturity have been evident, contributing to high credibility and practical anchoring in the training.
