We are currently looking for a Group Financial Controller for our headquarters in Helsingborg.

About the Position
As Group Financial Controller, you will, together with your team, have overall responsibility for financial reporting and analysis towards the division's top management. The role includes controlling, group accounting, and consolidation as well as support for the consolidation process across the group.
You will have many points of contact and be a key person in the development of the division's overall finance function. The role is both strategic and operational and provides significant scope to influence working methods, processes, and decision-making support.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting and financial support to the division's top management
- Quality assurance, follow-up, and analysis of subsidiaries
- Group accounting and consolidation based on the division's needs
- Group accounting and consolidation according to group requirements (US GAAP)
- Optimization and further development of consolidation and reporting processes
- Ad hoc analyses and decision support
Location
The position is located in Helsingborg.
Profile
We are looking for someone with solid experience in finance and controlling who is used to working closely with top management. You have a strong analytical ability and an interest in developing financial management and processes.
As a person, you are secure, professional, and trustworthy. You have the courage and energy to question working methods in a constructive and humble way. You are communicative, relationship-building, and find it easy to collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally. You express yourself clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing.
Education and Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in financial management and management reporting
- Master's degree in economics or equivalent education
- Experience in group accounting and consolidation in a larger group
- Experience with international accounting standards
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with HFM is an advantage
