Job Responsibilities

As a student assistant in the HR department, you will contribute to the long-term competence supply of the upper secondary and adult education administration, primarily by developing and improving the administration's exit survey.

The purpose of the exit survey is to help the administration remain an attractive employer with a strong employer brand by identifying strengths and areas for development in relevant areas. The administration's exit survey should generate an analysis basis at an organizational level and serve as a complement to the exit interview conducted between the manager and the employee upon termination of employment.

Developing the upper secondary and adult education administration's exit survey includes three parts:

  1. Environmental scanning: Collecting good examples from other employers and examining how other employers systematically use data from exit surveys to promote their competence supply and strengthen their employer brand.
  2. Creating an exit survey: Creating an exit survey tailored to the upper secondary and adult education administration's operations based on collected and existing material. The survey should contain questions that generate relevant data at an organizational level, complementing the exit interviews.
  3. Identifying areas of use and presenting proposals: Presenting proposals on how the upper secondary and adult education administration can systematically use the data to promote long-term competence supply and strengthen the employer brand.

In addition to driving the above project, you will have the opportunity to participate in the operational work of an HR department within public operations, in close collaboration with HR consultants and HR administrators.
