The role is local by nature but with support and guidance from the central team. You will work according to established processes, routines, and regulations – but with the freedom to take your own initiative within given frameworks. An important part of the assignment is to prioritize correctly, follow up, coordinate, and ensure that quality and environmental work functions in everyday life. You are simply the one who “ties it all together”.

  • Ensuring that assembly instructions and work instructions are available, up-to-date, and followed

  • Coordinating trial assemblies and quality controls at the facility

  • Handling complaints and damages according to established routines and compiling statistics

  • Ensuring that training and e-learning are conducted according to applicable processes

  • Participating in internal, customer, and external audits as well as meetings with supervisory authorities

  • Following up on environmental parameters and environmental goals according to given frameworks

  • Driving improvement work in quality and environment together with local management and central functions

The role is supportive, coordinating, and relationship-building, with a strong focus on making processes work in practice.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Swedish and English proficiency in both spoken and written form

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Interest in quality and environmental work

  • Ability to work systematically in a regulated environment

  • Driver's license for manual transmission

As a person, you are

  • Very structured and meticulous

  • Confident in working according to processes and frameworks

  • Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with different functions

  • Independent with a good ability to prioritize

  • A natural supporter who makes things happen

  • Enjoy being out in the operations – where the action is

We place great emphasis on personality and working style – you need to thrive in a role where you are close to the operations and contribute through structure, coordination, and clarity.
