ABOUT THE POSITION

Do you want to work in the Rusta and Matcha service? Would you also like to work for Helsingborg's largest player? Then please read on.

We are now looking for another colleague to join us in Helsingborg where you will work specifically within Rusta and Matcha.

You who are applying for the job will have a leading role with a lot of responsibility where you will belong to a small close-knit team where we help each other in our daily work.

In your role, you will guide our candidates as you prepare and match them for their new jobs or further education. Your daily tasks will include regular contact with employers in the area where you will both create new contacts and develop existing ones.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and have the flexibility to manage your own days as well as being responsible for the office you will be working at.

The position is full-time with the work location in Helsingborg, at one of our three offices.

WHO ARE YOU?

As a person, you need to be a team player and love taking responsibility; you also have an exceptional ability to take initiative. We believe that you thrive in an environment where the pace is high and there are demands for results, goals, and flexibility. Your communication style is clear and straightforward. You speak and write Swedish fluently. If you have additional language skills such as Arabic, this is highly meritorious.

Furthermore, we prefer that you have experience in the industry with a broad network of people looking for jobs and employers seeking staff. We also appreciate if you have previously worked in a sales-oriented role where you have experience in proactive sales.

DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?

To be considered for the position, we want you to have at least 180 higher education credits with at least two years of work experience, or alternatively, at least one year of post-secondary studies with three years of work experience in areas such as recruitment, guidance, transition, handling personnel issues, leadership with personnel responsibility, or work with labor and labor market issues.
