We are now looking for a Finance and HR Assistant to strengthen our finance team.

About the Position

You will be part of our finance team of 4 people, and the position involves responsibility for both the parent company Parajett AB and its subsidiaries Parajett Digital Solutions (PDS) and Parajett Digital Park (PDP). The position is based at the headquarters in Landskrona, and you will report to our accounting manager.

Responsibilities

Examples of responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting including bank reconciliation
• Registration, coding, and matching of supplier invoices
• Invoicing
• Liquidity reports
• Payroll management in Kontek Lön
• HR administration including responsibility for Kontek HRM time reporting
• Assisting with reconciliations during year-end closing

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with at least 3-4 years of experience in ongoing accounting and payroll management. Experience with Navision and/or Business Central, Kontek Lön, Visma, and Fortnox is an advantage. We are a group in transition, so there are great opportunities to influence how the role is shaped.
