JOB DESCRIPTION
An administrator makes a difference every day in an operation that matters.
Do you want to work in an organization where your engagement and competence contribute to creating safety, quality, and good conditions for both employees and patients?
We are now looking for an administrator who wants to take a central role in our organization and help develop the future of municipal healthcare.
With us, you become an important cog in a context where collaboration, professionalism, and a focus on development characterize everyday life. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations, support managers and employees, and contribute your expertise in matters that make a real difference.
Your tasks
In the role of administrator, you are the spider in the web - the one who makes structures, flows, and communication work in everyday life. The tasks span several areas:
- Resource Planning: think strategically and create stability. You are responsible for the overall planning of vacation and absence for the unit and ensure that staffing works in the long term.
- Logistics & Purchasing: keep the operation flowing. You handle orders for materials and services, manage supplier contacts, and ensure that logistics run smoothly.
- Documentation & Quality: contribute to order and safety. You work in our operational systems with registration, follow-up, and quality assurance of documentation according to applicable routines.
- Case Management: support the operation professionally. You handle administrative cases related to healthcare, focusing on clarity and structure.
- Operational Development: make your voice heard. You actively participate in projects, improvement initiatives, and local development work - sometimes as a participant, sometimes as a coordinator.
- System Management: work smart in our digital support. You work daily in our IT systems and operational support and ensure that information and functionality are used in the best way.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a documented administrative background and a good understanding of the unique conditions of healthcare.
We require that you have:
- Several years of experience in administrative work within the healthcare sector.
- Very good digital maturity and the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Background as a healthcare administrator within healthcare and experience from the private sector.
- Experience from politically governed organizations or municipal operations.
- Familiarity with working in journal systems or other healthcare-related IT support.
- Experience in project coordination or change management.
Your Profile
To thrive and succeed in the role, you are a person who combines structure, accuracy, and a service mindset.
You work independently, take great responsibility for your tasks, and easily see what needs to be done. Your problem-solving ability and your capacity to create order even in complex flows make the operation trust you.
You thrive in a dynamic environment where you are expected to contribute proactively and where development is a natural part of everyday life. We place great importance on personal suitability.
We Offer
We offer you a stimulating work environment with high engagement, competent colleagues, and close collaboration with the operation.
You will have a varied and developing role where your contribution makes a real difference every day. As part of municipal primary care, you also have good opportunities for professional development, knowledge exchange, and long-term career building.
