Voxera AB is a fast-growing telecommunications company that is expanding rapidly! We are now looking for a driven and results-oriented Appointment Setter who wants to be part of our success journey.

💼 ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Appointment Setter at Voxera, you are a central part of our sales process. Your task is to identify and contact potential business customers, generate interest in our telecom solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Call companies and present Voxera's services

• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers

• Schedule meetings for our sales team

• Maintain CRM systems and document contacts

• Follow up on scheduled meetings and customer contacts

• Collaborate closely with the sales team for optimal conversion

• Are communicative and easily create contact

• Are self-driven and motivated with a strong desire to achieve results

• Are persistent and see every "no" as a step closer to "yes"

• Are unpretentious and enjoy telephone sales

• Have a structured work approach

Experience and skills:

• Previous experience in telephone sales or appointment setting is an advantage

• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• B2B experience is a plus but not a requirement

📍 PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Position: Appointment Setter

Scope: Full-time (40h/week)

Location: Västra Boulevarden 43, Kristianstad

Start: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible

Employment type: Permanent after probationary period
