Do you want to create training programs for a leading energy company that truly makes a difference for both the organization and individuals? Here you have the chance to combine pedagogy, digital tools, and creative production in one of the largest digital transformations happening right now.

We are now looking for a Training Developer who wants to be involved in creating, shaping, and rolling out learning related to a comprehensive ERP implementation (OneERP) – both digitally and on-site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of a small, specialized training team that works closely with the Training Lead, Change Management, Key Users, and business experts – both in Sweden and internationally. The role is operational, creative, and very important to ensure that users can quickly understand and work effectively in new systems and processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a training developer, you will:

  • Create digital training and e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and FlowSparks, based on process descriptions, system demonstrations, and input from Key Users.

  • Produce explainer videos and animation materials (e.g., in Vyond) that clearly and engagingly explain processes, roles, and system logic.

  • Develop and update step-by-step support in WalkMe for SAP and OneERP, including guided flows, SmartTips, and in-tool instructions.

  • Create training materials and job aids such as PDF guides, checklists, instructions, and practical support materials – tailored for different target groups and roles.

  • Design and conduct training sessions and workshops, both digitally and on-site.

  • Plan and coordinate training efforts together with training leaders and other stakeholders.

  • Collect, analyze, and implement feedback to continuously improve training and materials.

  • Ensure quality, versioning, correct publishing, and that all materials adhere to visual and pedagogical guidelines.

  • Keep track of training activities, participation, and results.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you are passionate about learning and development and have a strong pedagogical sense. You enjoy creating structure out of complexity and have an easy time understanding users' needs.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

  • Several years of experience designing and conducting training programs and/or producing digital training content.

  • Documented experience with digital learning platforms and tools, preferably Articulate 360 or similar.

  • The ability to create engaging, pedagogical, and user-friendly training materials.

  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish (native) and English, both spoken and written.

  • The ability to write extremely clear and easy-to-understand instructions.

  • A structured, meticulous, and responsible work approach.

Meritorious:

  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or other business systems.

  • Experience with WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Tools (DAP).

  • Experience with Vyond or other animation tools.

  • UX or design competence.

  • Experience in training production in larger or international organizations.

  • Scope: 100 %

  • Start: March/April 2026

  • Duration: Approximately 1 year (until February/April 2027)

  • Location: Hybrid, preferably in the Malmö region but other locations in Sweden are possible

  • Travel may occur within Sweden and Europe
