Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and sharp Controller & FP&A specialist for our client in Helsingborg. You should love the combination of financial transparency, operational efficiency, and compliance. As a Finance Controller with us, you will play a central role where your expertise in accounting and controlling truly makes a difference by supporting business leaders and continuously improving our client's processes. You navigate confidently through complex financial statements, ensure the client's internal controls, and act as a proactive partner to the business. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with local GAAP and the group’s accounting principles.
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and maintenance of the general ledger, as well as preparing annual reports and financial statements.
• Responsible for monthly management reporting, variance analysis, forecasts, and supporting the annual budgeting and business planning process.
• Conducting profitability, cost, and performance analyses across different regions and business units.
• Being a financial partner to functions within operations, sales, and supply chain, and collaborating with teams in India, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Ensuring that financial practices comply with legal requirements and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

As a person, you are a hands-on and detail-oriented team player with a proactive mindset. Your problem-solving ability is outstanding, and you communicate confidently at all levels of the organization.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance/accounting and at least 5-10+ years of relevant experience from international companies.

The role requires knowledge in:

• SAP (FI/CO),
• Excel
• IFRS
• Swedish GAAP.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

This is a consulting solution that extends from March 2026 to June 2026, with the ambition to transition to the client after 3 months. 100% on-site presence in Helsingborg is a prerequisite for the role.

• You are a senior profile with at least 5-10+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or qualified accounting.
• You navigate confidently in international or multinational environments, preferably within a matrix organization.
• You have outstanding knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules are a requirement) and are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and modern reporting tools.
• You possess a deep and solid understanding of both IFRS and Swedish GAAP.
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, which is an absolute requirement for the role.
