JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a driven and curious student who wants to work part-time a couple of days a week with us. You will be an important part of our staffing processes and will work broadly with the entire chain, from advertising to follow-up with clients.

The work is primarily conducted from our office in Ystad or Malmö, and you need to be able to commute to Helsingborg if necessary. Start date is immediate or according to agreement, with a flexible schedule that can be combined with studies.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with staffing and recruitment processes from start to finish

• Advertising, searching, and selecting candidates

• Interviews and reference checks

• Presentation of candidates to clients

• Extensive client contact and visits to our clients

• Responsible for hiring and onboarding

• Follow up with consultants and visit them on assignments

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, and curious, and who wants to combine their studies with a developing part-time job in staffing and recruitment. You thrive in a role with many contact points, enjoy taking responsibility, and see this as an opportunity to build long-term competence.

We believe you:

• Are studying human resources, HR, marketing, or sales

• Are self-sufficient but also enjoy working in a team

• Have an easy time building relationships and enjoy client contact

• Are structured and like to have multiple tasks going on simultaneously

• Are flexible and can work a couple of days a week

• Are curious, engaged, and want to develop over time

Preferred:

• Experience from production or warehouse operations

• Interest in eventually growing into a role as a consultant manager with personnel responsibility

ABOUT THE POSITION

We offer a part-time job alongside your studies that can involve anything from one day to a couple of days a week. We are flexible regarding what suits you and your schedule.
