Finderz AB is rapidly growing and we need more employees for our team. We are currently looking for a mentor/job coach in Helsingborg. In the role of mentor/job coach, you will work with the labor market program "Rusta och Matcha" where we help and guide those who are outside the labor market to get closer to working life. Our goal is to assist participants in finding a job through workshops, coaching, and guidance.

We are primarily looking for someone who has a good local and regional network within the business community. You see opportunities and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You find it easy to build relationships with people, you are goal-oriented, and driven by achieving results. We appreciate your sales-oriented personality.
Your tasks:
• Together with the participant, plan, follow up, and guide in various activities towards work/studies.
• Maintain focus on the fastest route to work/studies.
• Administer and write follow-ups/reports.
• Manage contacts with the Employment Service and with companies.
• Be a good representative for the company.
• Conduct group activities and seminars.
• Organize recruitment fairs and candidate meetings.
• Work with recruitment tools such as social media to smoothly market our participants to employers.
Competence requirements (option 1)
Education:
At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
Work experience:
At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.
Competence requirements (option 2)
Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
Management with personnel responsibility
Recruitment
Transition work for job seekers
Study and career guidance
Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
Work with labor market and employment issues
Work with social and group psychology
Career guidance
Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
