Your employment offer

As a consultant, you will be employed by TNG and work on-site at our client in Malmö. You will be covered by collective agreements, insurance, occupational pension, wellness benefits, and vacation.

Your tasks

In this role, you will work with:

• Administering and processing cases related to companies and memberships
• Providing service and support via phone and email
• Updating and ensuring the quality of registers and systems
• Coordinating and providing administrative support at network meetings and activities

Good to know

The position is located in Malmö, and the work is primarily on-site, with the possibility of remote work on occasional days. The role involves periods of higher pace, especially during peak times in member service. Working hours are daytime between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. You will belong to a team within coordination and administration, where you have colleagues both in the Malmö office and spread across other offices in the country.

Our expectations

You have experience from a service and administration-related role and are confident in contact with various types of entrepreneurs and contacts. You work in a structured manner, have good system skills, and maintain high quality even when the pace increases. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a professional approach. To thrive in this role, you need to be motivated by providing good service and helping member companies with various matters.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. Experience from an industry and employer organization is an advantage.
