EY Real Estate Consulting is growing and looking for talents who are passionate about solving real estate issues in both the private and public sectors.

The Opportunity

EY Real Estate Consulting helps clients navigate a rapidly changing real estate market, including sustainability and digitalization. We support our clients throughout the real estate cycle and assist organizations in optimizing their real estate portfolios and executing their real estate development projects.

You will be part of a Nordic team of 480 specialists in real estate-related consulting – of which 250 are in Sweden – with expertise in real estate strategy, construction projects, architecture, and Facility Management. We work in interdisciplinary teams and offer a flexible hybrid work model tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

In your work, you will collaborate in teams with colleagues to assist clients on issues related to real estate strategy, change management, construction processes, and management. You will contribute strategically and operationally and participate in developing and implementing solutions. With your experience, you will identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and build long-term client relationships.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience in real estate development, management, or project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience driving change
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and engagingly
• Good leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to varied team compositions

Qualifications

• Relevant real estate-related university degree (e.g., civil engineer, land surveyor, real estate economics)
• 1–5 years of experience in areas such as real estate development, management, portfolio management, FM, and project or design management
• Experience in project management and/or project work
• Familiarity with working closely with clients and driving change in complex environments
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a management consultant or in another consulting role
