As a Gig Manager, you are the one who holds the entire chain together – from building relationships with companies to finding the right gig workers and ensuring that both candidates and clients have a truly great experience. This is a broad and business-oriented role where you work from first contact to ongoing consulting assignments, and you are a central part of how our collaborations grow.

You are also responsible for the entire recruitment process and follow the candidate all the way into their assignment, where you become their closest contact as a consultant.

💛 Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to understand their drive, skills, and potential

💛 Conduct interviews where you both assess the candidate's profile and present the gig as the opportunity it truly is

💛 Take references and ensure the quality of each candidate

💛 Promote and sell candidates' skills to the company's contact person in a professional and trustworthy manner

💛 Maintain close dialogue with clients, understand their needs in depth, and follow up on how ongoing assignments are progressing

💛 Create and publish job ads that attract the right profiles

💛 Build and develop relationships with both existing and new companies

💛 Follow candidates and consultants throughout the entire candidate journey – from onboarding to ongoing consultant care

🎈 Are communicative and confident in meeting people

🎈 Are curious, structured, and enjoy managing multiple processes simultaneously

🎈 Have a business interest and are driven to create opportunities

🎈 Have experience in recruitment or want to enter a broad and business-oriented role

🎈Either have experience in recruitment or are a natural relationship builder wanting to enter the industry

🎈Have excellent communication skills in Swedish (and preferably English).

🎈Have a university degree in HR or equivalent – but the most important thing is your attitude.
