Here, you combine service, administration, and retail work – in a business that is constantly evolving and where no day is like the other.
Who is First Camp?First Camp is Northern Europe's leading camping company with over 70 destinations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Germany. What does the role entail? As a Receptionist, you are a central part of the destination's daily operations. You are often the first person the guest meets – and the last to say goodbye – and your approach makes a significant difference to the overall experience.
The role combines customer contact, administration, and sales, while you closely collaborate with colleagues in both reception, retail, and other departments. It is a varied and social role where you help create order, comfort, and safety in guest interactions.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests during check-in and check-out and providing service with warmth and care.
Managing bookings, payments, and guest communication in our internal systems.
Providing practical information about the destination's facilities, activities, and local area.
Working in retail with cash handling, upselling, and restocking.
Supporting other departments as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
Contributing to a good collaboration, job satisfaction, and a positive environment for both guests and colleagues.
The role suits you if you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and creating structure – even when the pace is high.
Who are we looking for?We are looking for a service-oriented and engaged person who thrives in a role where you meet many different people and provide top-class service. You have a professional and warm demeanor and feel confident communicating with guests in various situations.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Experience in service work, preferably in a reception, retail, or similar environment.
Good communication skills and confidence in meeting guests both verbally and in writing.

The ability to create structure, maintain order, and work efficiently even when many things are happening at once.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
It is advantageous to have:
Experience with booking systems or cash systems.
Experience from hotels, camping, or another service-intensive industry.
As a person, you are positive, professional, and solution-oriented. You contribute to a warm and helpful work environment, motivate colleagues, and take pride in delivering service that truly makes a difference.
What do we offer? With us, you will be part of an ambitious company with both heart and drive. The role may vary depending on the area, but what is common is that you become part of a team that helps each other, shares knowledge, and has a close relationship between responsibility and community.
