Summer Substitute for the Staffing Unit in Tomelilla Municipality

The Staffing Unit is a small workgroup consisting of five dedicated employees with different roles - staffing planner, schedule planner, staffing coordinator, and unit manager. Together, we work closely in an open and unpretentious collaborative climate, where everyone contributes their expertise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our mission is to support the municipality's operations with staffing and scheduling within parts of the organization. The work is characterized by close collaboration with managers, operational leaders, and employees, where we together strive to place the right person in the right place at the right time. Your primary assignment as a staffing planner requires a good overall perspective and an ability to see the needs of the operations in a larger context. The work also demands independence, as you often need to make your own decisions and drive tasks forward within the framework of our common goal.

The summer substitute position covers the period from week 24 to 33 with an employment rate of about 75%. Working hours are scheduled during the day between 06:00 and 15:30 and include work every other to every third weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience and knowledge of the support systems Time Care Pool/Multi Access are advantageous. Experience from care and nursing, children and education, or other service-oriented professions is also seen as a benefit. To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate a fast-paced job and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are confident, stable, and have a strong service mindset where you see the value in providing good service. As a person, you are solution-oriented, have a positive attitude towards challenges, and thrive in a pedagogical and guiding role.

You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
