About the role 

As a loan officer, you are responsible for providing our customers with the best possible experience through professional service and efficient handling of cases. The work involves both telephone and administration, where you will have daily contact with our customers – primarily from Denmark. We start your journey with us with a comprehensive introductory training that provides you with knowledge of our systems, products, and sales methodology. You will feel secure in the role and ready to meet our customers' and partners' needs in the best way. In addition to providing quick and professional support, your tasks include: 

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats, focusing on Danish customers 

• Administering and assessing loan applications and credits from individuals 

• Documenting cases and following up according to applicable guidelines 

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has a positive and service-oriented attitude 

• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment 

• Communicates well and works systematically, even under pressure 

• Can work with a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends 

It is meritorious, but not a requirement, if you have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of the Danish language.
