Sales Associate Wanted for Stores in Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg

We are looking for more Polare (friends) for our various stores in the Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg area. As a Polare, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book your shifts via our app that fits your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.

As a sales associate, you are involved in all regular tasks in the store such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

To be eligible for the position, you need to have another primary employment of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. • You have completed high school education
• You have previously worked as a retail sales associate with personal sales experience
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, and there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English
