About the Position

Nordic Staffing Group is now seeking, on behalf of Nordicpouch, two field sales representatives – one based in Central Sweden and one in Southern Sweden. These positions are direct recruitments, meaning you will be employed directly by Nordicpouch.

What the Role Entails

As a field sales representative, you are Nordicpouch's link to the market. You meet customers, understand their needs, and ensure that their store is always one step ahead. The role combines freedom and responsibility, where you plan your days but always have the team behind you.

Visit and develop both new and existing customers.
Drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to closure.
Act as an advisor on assortment and product development.
Put Nordicpouch on the map in your district.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and is passionate about sales.

Experience in B2B sales, preferably from FMCG/retail.
A self-driven relationship builder who thrives in the field.
Results-oriented, but with a sense of long-term perspective.
Holds a valid driver's license (B).

Employment

The entire recruitment process is managed by Nordic Staffing Group, but the employment will be directly with Nordicpouch. The position starts with a six-month probationary period, with the ambition of a permanent position.
