Responsibilities

In your role as Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in the company's continued success and innovation. Your main responsibilities include:

• Strategic customer responsibility to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships primarily within the public sector.
• Active procurement work to secure partnerships and business opportunities.
• Relationship building with a focus on customer orientation and quality.
• Contract follow-up to ensure that our services and products deliver on their promises.
• Business development that drives the company's market leadership and innovation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a communicative and commercially driven individual with:

• Previous experience in B2B sales and strategic customer responsibility.
• Sales experience with an eye for long-term business solutions.
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Understanding of framework agreements and renewed competition.
• Insight into procurement processes' timelines, formal requirements, qualification requirements, etc.

Conditions of the role

The role requires travel for work, primarily within the region, extending from Skåne up to the Jönköping area, but also nationally as needed. Travel occurs in connection with customer meetings, internal activities, training, and various collaboration assignments.

We operate with a hybrid work model, which means you combine office work with remote work. You plan your workweek together with the team to create good conditions for collaboration, presence, and focused work. Certain days in the office are important for joint activities and team-based tasks.
