About the roleAs a Customer Onboarding Manager, you have an important role in ensuring that our customers get the maximum benefit from our CRM system. You will be part of the customer team and work closely with our product specialist and also collaborate with the sales team. The role is crucial for our customers to have a safe and professional start – and to continue working effectively and long-term in the system after implementation. You are responsible for onboarding new customers through training and deepening for existing customers. You have an independent overall responsibility towards the customer – from planning to execution and follow-up – with support from the team as needed. Your work includes:
Planning and executing onboarding programs
Conducting training sessions digitally and on-site at the customer
Leading longer workshops (often 3-4 hours) and webinars
Conducting needs analysis of the customer's sales process and adapting the training content, pace, and structure according to the customer's needs and technical conditions
Further developing training materials and presentations
You have experience in customer onboarding of systems, software, or SaaS solutions and thrive in the role of leading training sessions and workshops with high energy and engagement. You are comfortable speaking in front of groups – both digitally and on-site at the customer – and have a good ability to adapt pedagogy and pace to different target groups and knowledge levels. You are a pedagogical, clear, and inspiring communicator who is passionate about understanding businesses and creating value. With a warm, relationship-building, and trustworthy manner, you make people feel safe, engaged, and motivated. You are social and enjoy speaking in front of groups, educating, and guiding customers, and you genuinely enjoy seeing users develop and become more effective in their work methods. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are also structured, enjoy working independently and taking great responsibility, while being unpretentious, helpful, and like to collaborate closely with colleagues. We are located in modern premises in Fyrtornet in Hyllie, Malmö, and there is an opportunity for hybrid work. Travel within Sweden may occur.
