We are now looking for someone with high energy and activity who wants to do business for us. We see that you are a driven salesperson with strategic thinking and view sales as a sport. You create and drive your own sales plan based on the team's overall plan, which consists of prioritized customer groups, activities, and marketing.

This is what the role of Account Manager entails

As an Account Manager with us, you are the face of the company. Your mission is to sell wellness solutions and wellness activities to companies. Our offerings include corporate classes, lectures, and various digital wellness and training activities. You will build and develop your own customer relationships and largely work with new customer acquisition. You are part of a driven team that has fun together, and we have an open approach where we help each other and share to constantly develop. You drive the sales processes from prospecting and meeting booking to deepened collaborations and the creation of long-lasting customer relationships. You will work in a dynamic environment characterized by health and fitness.

A typical day for you as an Account Manager involves juggling many tasks. You reach out to and contact companies, and you conduct both personal and digital meetings with a focus on needs analysis and customer satisfaction. You possess strong communication skills, and last but not least, you help our corporate clients create even better conditions for team spirit, collaboration, and wellness in the workplace.

All in all – it is a varied role with a strong focus on sales!

Your profile

We place great importance on your personality in this role. Here, we focus on your ambition and desire to succeed. You work independently and always have quality in focus. Furthermore, you will have a lot of customer contact, which is why we believe you are a relationship-building and communicative person with a business-oriented mindset.

We also see that you:

  • Have experience from customer contact where you may currently work in retail, customer service/support, or as an already established salesperson looking to take a new step in your career.

  • Are a true team player who also has the ability to work independently and towards your own set goals

  • You are a curious problem solver, persistent, and dislike losing

  • Have a strong drive throughout the entire sales cycle, including negotiation, proposal writing, and signing contracts.

  • Have an interest in the wellness industry

  • Are fluent in both Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have:
  • Education or experience in B2B.

Good to know

Start: By agreement

Scope: Full-time

Salary: Fixed salary + commission-based salary

Location: Head office in Lund (100% office-based - no hybrid work)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with some flexibility

You report to the Sales Manager B2B.
