JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You contribute to creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates children's development and learning. The pedagogical activities are based on each child's conditions and are built on teaching designed in accordance with the curriculum's goals.

You should have a good approach and response towards children, guardians, and educators.

In a systematic way, you reflect on the practical work both individually and together with others, while keeping yourself updated on new research, events in the world, and seeing development opportunities in the operations. Furthermore, you are involved in the work team and work to maintain good relationships and contribute to a good working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have a preschool teacher's license with the authority to conduct teaching in preschool and possess pedagogical ability with a clear educational purpose to create a learning, enjoyable, and developing play/learning environment.

You are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and the Convention on the Rights of the Child and have the ability to implement these in practice.

You can use digital technology such as computers and tablets in everyday operations. You have knowledge of pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work.

You have good collaboration skills and a willingness to work with the team to create a good working environment and a learning-rich and enjoyable environment for children that promotes play and learning.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the job with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the operations.
