About the position

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a man living just outside Visby. One position is a full-time position. The other position is a part-time position as needed and during the absence of regular staff, with the possibility of more work during the summer period. You should be comfortable with physical work as the client assists with various tasks on the family farm and often requires the assistant's help with chores that our client cannot manage alone. Your tasks may also include helping our client with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, household chores, and accompanying the client at their workplace.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Mainly daytime 08:00-17:00, Mon-Sun,

• Evening work may also occur, Mon-Sun.

About the client

It is preferable that you have an interest in sports, as our client has a strong interest in sports and participates in various activities related to this.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid B driver's license and have access to your own car,

• Have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is advantageous if you:

• Have experience working in healthcare or personal assistance,

• Share the client's interest in sports.

Scope: 1 full-time position, 1 position for extra/as needed. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately, as agreed. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
