About the role

You will have a central and varied role in the daily operations where you will work broadly with administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include order administration, customer service, administrative tasks related to finance, and handling payroll data. You will work closely with the company's Office Manager and become a key person in ensuring that internal processes and administrative flows run smoothly. We welcome both those who want to work part-time (at least 60%) and those looking for a full-time position.

Who we are looking for

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy administrative tasks and can easily prioritize and organize your work effectively. You appreciate varied tasks, and you are willing to take responsibility and step in where needed to make things work in everyday life. Since we are a small and informal organization, it is important that you can collaborate easily and enjoy maintaining a high level of service both internally and externally. We would like you to:

• Have experience in back office and administrative tasks, preferably in finance, order administration, and/or customer service

• Be service-minded, meticulous, and flexible

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Be familiar with MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Enjoy order administration and administrative flows

• Live in the local area
