JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader, you have a clear managerial responsibility and lead, support, and develop the workgroup within SoL and LSS. You are responsible for the daily management and ensure that the handling is conducted legally, efficiently, and with good quality in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and set goals.

Your duties include:

• Providing close and accessible support to employees in daily client work
• Leading case discussions and making decisions according to delegation
• Planning, prioritizing, and following up on daily work and ensuring effective resource utilization
• Contributing to the development of routines, working methods, and techniques

The role does not include personnel responsibility, but you work closely with the operations manager and highlight any issues that require managerial support. You are part of the management team for individual and family care together with the operations manager and other team leaders and are involved in the long-term development of the operation.

The operation is undergoing a change process where we see you as a key person.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in social work or another relevant higher education
• Experience of authority exercise within social work
• A valid driver's license (B)
• Previous experience in a leadership role is an advantage

As a person, you are secure, stable, and clear in your leadership. You are attentive, structured, and have good administrative skills. You see the big picture, work proactively, and find it easy to create trusting relationships and sustainable engagement in the workgroup.

You are comfortable making decisions, re-prioritizing, and adapting your work to the situation. Collaboration is a natural part of your working method, and you contribute to good cooperation through an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach.
