We are now looking for housing assistants for group homes in Sveg.
In the group home, adults with disabilities live, often with physical disabilities, which means heavy lifting and physically demanding work is involved. Working hours are varied and include days, evenings, and weekends. On-call duties may also occur, and accompanying individuals on trips and vacations is part of the job.
Start date according to agreement.
Job Responsibilities
- Based on individual needs, provide conditions for individuals to have good care regarding housing, leisure, and employment.
- Guide and provide support regarding social contexts, authorities, and other contacts where needed.
We work with the documentation system Viva and the personnel administrative system self-service.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Certified nursing assistant education or another pedagogical education that the employer considers equivalent.
- Approved grades in Swedish or Swedish as a second language and the ability to master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
- Documented experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Driver's license B.
- Very good computer skills, as the job requires documentation in, for example, Social journal, creation of implementation plans, and risk analyses.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

- You are stable and secure in your demeanor and can show a dignified approach.
- You have patience, are flexible, and are prepared to participate in various activities and trips.
- You have good physical fitness, as heavy physical work is involved.
