Site Manager for Remediation in Avesta – Enerco AB

Do you have experience in remediation and the ability to create structure and drive within a team? Do you have an eye for detail and a strong focus on safety? Then the role of site manager in our Avesta department might be for you!

About the position We are looking for an operational site manager for our team of remediation technicians and drivers. As an operational site manager, you will play a central role in leading and distributing work together with your immediate supervisor, as well as ensuring that our assignments are carried out in a professional and efficient manner. You will work closely with both customers and employees to guarantee high quality and good service. The work is performed at our industrial customers to keep their premises, machines, and environments functioning and accessible. Work at heights and in confined spaces is included.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and distribute the daily work within remediation and industrial maintenance

  • Ensure that work is performed according to applicable safety regulations and quality requirements

  • Introduce and train new employees together with your immediate supervisor

  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers and ensure their needs and requests are met

  • Document and report on work performed

  • Provide daily support in a safe and secure work environment

  • Perform practical tasks as needed

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in remediation, industrial maintenance, or a similar field

  • Understanding of downtime, maintenance work, and working under pressure

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances

  • A natural safety leadership where others follow your example

  • Coaching approach – ensuring that people grow in their roles

  • Solution-oriented and unpretentious

  • Previous experience in leadership or team responsibility is an advantage

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Driver's license B is required

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Good physical condition and a positive attitude

  • Understanding of and commitment to safety regulations and work environment
