About the Job
We are currently seeking a planner with experience in scheduling within the Administration for Support for Persons with Disabilities, Southwest area.
Within the Southwest city area, six planners work with schedule planning and efficient resource utilization for various types of operations. The role of the planner involves independent work while also being an important part of our collaborative team where we support each other.
We primarily work towards Housing with Special Services and Daily Activities. In the future, more types of operations may be added. Currently, we are handling schedule planning for a total of 72 units. Our offices are located at Lergöksgatan 2.
Your main tasks will be to finalize schedules in Time Care Planning based on the scheduling process where the staffing requirements of the operations must be met. The starting point of the work is to ensure compliance with applicable laws and agreements, as well as maintaining the staff's influence in dialogue with the unit manager for each unit. The work requires us to be both principled with deadlines and cut-off dates, while also understanding the many moving parts and constantly changing needs of the operations, which requires us to be flexible in our approach within the framework and to quickly respond to changes. We also work in the finalized schedule with absence, extra time, and shifted working hours, etc.
The work also includes participating in follow-ups and continuously working to improve work methods and develop the organization to maintain high quality in the scheduling work. We would like you to have an understanding of the needs of persons with disabilities and insight into how the assignment to employees affects schedule planning.
Our administration in general and the scheduling work specifically is on a development journey, and your tasks may change in line with this journey towards a more efficient organization to meet the challenges of welfare.
Does this sound interesting? Welcome with your application!
