About the Job
We are Gothenburg! We now need you who want to take overall responsibility for the management and development of our project and development portfolio within Intraservice's shared services department.
The department works to deliver and develop the city's shared services, often in the form of operational systems aimed at HR, finance, as well as communication and management areas. Intraservice has had an established model for project and portfolio management for several years and has simultaneously taken important steps towards a more service-oriented business model. The next step in our development is to further strengthen the interplay between portfolio management, project execution, and finance – where service calculation and service economy form a natural part.
In the role of development leader for project and portfolio management, you will be responsible for keeping the department's development projects together from a strategic, tactical, and economic perspective. You will ensure that the right initiatives are prioritized, that projects are well prepared, and that the portfolio is followed up regarding goals, benefits, and capacity. An important part of the assignment is also to follow and analyze the portfolio's economy, where project economy and service economy interact. The costs for our services are built up by distributing the organization's costs against services, and you contribute to creating transparency and decision-making support related to this.
You will work closely with project managers, managers, service strategists, other portfolio leaders, and the finance/controller department, and you will provide central support throughout the lifecycle – from idea and preparation to follow-up and closure. You will be part of the department's management team, lead the department's portfolio forum, and belong to the strategy and portfolio unit together with service strategists, development leaders, and domain architects.
We work with Antura Projects and Intraservice's decided project and portfolio methodology (PPS). For financial follow-up, we use Unit4, Hypergene, and Qlik.
About You
We are looking for someone with a university degree that we assess as relevant for the position, for example in finance. Additionally, you have several years of experience in project and/or portfolio management from larger organizations. You have experience in project economy, financial follow-up of services, and service calculation.
We consider it an advantage if you have experience working with digitalization in the public sector and if you have worked with Business Intelligence tools, such as Qlik or Power BI. If you have knowledge of effect management and benefit realization as well as knowledge in PPS and Antura Projects, that is also an advantage.

You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information.
