The Individual and Family Care (IFO) consists of both authority functions and service delivery, meeting residents in need of support in various ways. Within IFO, we have units such as children and youth, foster homes, family law, family support, financial assistance, adult services, LSS, social psychiatry, assistance for the elderly, and administration.

We at IFO's administration are now looking for a substitute for our reception, who can work primarily during the summer months but also as a part-time employee as needed. The workplace is centrally located in Stenungsund and is easily accessible by public transport from Gothenburg and Uddevalla. There is a wide range of shopping and lunch restaurants near the municipal building.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator with us, you are often the first contact for our visitors. In our reception, two people work together, which means that you typically work alongside a colleague. You also have some administrative tasks.

The position suits you if you enjoy a wide variety of work, like meeting other people, and find it easy to work in different systems. You enjoy helping others and are driven to find effective ways to relieve the workload in the organization. Of course, you have a sense of structure and order and enjoy collaborating.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in a similar position within social services' individual and family care or currently pursuing education in the field, e.g., social work program.
• Good computer skills and experience working with various systems and programs.
• You need to communicate very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Your personal qualities are important. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, solution-oriented, and willing to help. You are collaborative and work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You can also work independently and have the ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment. You are structured and plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
