In the South-West city area, six planners work with schedule planning and efficient resource utilization for various types of operations. The role of a planner involves independent work while also being an important part of our collaborative team where we support each other. We always have two people working on the finalized schedule.

We primarily work with Housing with Special Services and Daily Activities. Currently, we are working with the schedule planning of a total of 72 units. Our offices are located at Lergöksgatan 2.

The position is a temporary contract lasting until August 2026. You will receive on-the-job training and education.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education and has good computer skills. You have experience in administrative work, particularly focusing on scheduling.

Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement; you need to have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1. If you do not meet the qualifications in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1, you may be offered to take a language test through the testing provider Educateit.

Experience with the scheduling tool Time Care Planning is a requirement.

It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of relevant laws and agreements related to scheduling and if you have previously worked with scheduling in round-the-clock operations. A secondary or post-secondary education with an administrative focus is considered a plus.

To succeed in the role of planner, we see that you have a good ability to quickly adapt your perspective and approach; you see opportunities rather than obstacles. You understand the common mission and work for the greater good. You have the courage and independence to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work in a structured and efficient manner. You ensure that work is completed on time and follow up on results.
