Sparbanken Tranemo has been conducting banking operations since 1904 and currently has two offices, one in Gnosjö and the main office in Tranemo. Sparbanken is a full-service bank where all decisions are made locally! In 2025, the bank opened a new office in Gnosjö and is currently on a growth journey, which is very exciting. We are looking for employees for Business Support Private in Tranemo. In the role of Business Support Private, you are a key player in the customer's everyday life; you are there to create customer value by supporting daily banking matters. You are also an important support for your colleagues and contribute with engagement, customer focus, and collaboration. Together, we drive the bank's development forward.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• provide service to customers both at the counter/customer service, via phone, and through digital channels
• perform administrative tasks to support our private advisors
• provide customers with information about our products and services
• ensure that all matters are handled according to applicable regulations, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements

Who are you: You are an engaged and goal-oriented person who takes ownership of your work and always strives to deliver with high quality and service. You are motivated by finding solutions, taking initiatives, and developing both independently and together with others. As a team player, you contribute energy, engagement, and clear communication in both Swedish and English. Your interest in both customers and finance, combined with your curiosity, drives you to constantly develop and stay one step ahead.

Education:

• we prefer that you have an economic education.
• Swedsec advisor license is an advantage but not a requirement.
