About the Job

We are now looking for a quality developer for the care and nursing home operations area, city district Centrum 2.

In your role, you will report directly to the operations manager. You will support them and the unit managers of the operations area and be part of the management team. The position has varied tasks, and the assignments will develop together with the operations manager and management team. You will have a strategic role with an overview and contribute with process support to facilitate important issues for the operations. Additionally, you will have a supportive and more hands-on function where you assist and support the work of developing quality, implementing various methods and working practices.

The focus of the role is to contribute to ensuring that our homes function well and develop for the benefit of the residents. In the city district, there are additional operational areas for care and nursing homes. You will collaborate closely with the quality developers for these areas and will also be part of a network consisting of all quality developers for care and nursing homes in the city.

About You

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social or behavioral sciences or another degree that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have previous work experience in the field and have good knowledge and up-to-date information about elderly care. You are well acquainted with the laws (SoL and HSL) that regulate the operations as well as their application. Previous experience as a manager in elderly care may be an advantage.

The position involves many different points of contact with various professions, so it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and enjoy working together with others. However, it is also important that you can work independently and thrive in that environment. You have good pedagogical skills, find it easy to communicate and express yourself in both speech and writing. You are structured and can manage several different processes simultaneously. Being flexible and creative are also important qualities for the position.
