Accounting Manager for Exciting Manufacturing and Development Company

We are looking for someone interested in an important role at a rapidly growing innovation company. Within our two business areas, Arta Medical and Arta Pack, we develop and produce sustainable packaging and advanced medical technology products. The position involves being responsible for the company's accounting and payroll management.

Your tasks will also include assisting the company's managers with personnel administration, such as monitoring legislation and changes in collective agreements. You will also be responsible for financial reporting to authorities and have application responsibility for some of our IT system supports.

You should have a university degree or equivalent experience in accounting with several years of experience as an Accounting Economist, as well as good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form. You should have a basic understanding of payroll management and collective agreements, as well as rules and laws regarding personnel administration.

Experience in group accounting and K3 regulations is an advantage. Experience in change management within digitalization processes is also beneficial. You will report to the company's CFO.
