Qualifications

• To succeed in the role of nursing assistant, we see that you have: Approved high school education as a nursing assistant.

It is also meritorious if you as a nursing assistant have:

• Further education regarding behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD).
• Driving license B.

As a person, you are flexible, communicative, self-driven, and interested in learning new things. You have good collaboration skills and are proactive. Your personal qualities and competencies will be part of what creates the whole in our team, and we place great importance on both in the matching process.

Job Responsibilities

In the job responsibilities as a nursing assistant, you will:

• Perform medical care and rehabilitative efforts on delegation from licensed personnel. The work is governed by the Social Services Act (SOL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), which means that you document, establish implementation plans, write deviation reports, etc.
• Work according to the National Value Base and the dignity guarantees of care and support.
• Contribute to providing care recipients with a meaningful everyday life, ensuring they receive quality care that makes them feel secure.
• Work independently and professionally in caregiving.
• Plan and organize work in consultation with the unit manager and colleagues.
• Contribute to good communication and close collaboration with our users, their relatives, colleagues, other professional groups, and management. The tasks are performed according to established delegation and decisions made by the unit manager.
