Munkfors municipality offers attractive summer salaries and is looking for committed nurses for the period of weeks 25–32.

The work is scheduled and may include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We are flexible and can adjust the working hours and schedule according to your preferences.

You also have the opportunity to start working as a substitute already in the spring! This gives you the chance to get to know the operations, colleagues, and work routines at a comfortable pace and create security for the summer period.

We are also looking for nursing students and nursing assistants for the nursing unit during the summer. As a student or experienced nursing assistant, you will become an important part of the team and work under the delegation of a nurse based on your actual competence and with adapted tasks.

Description

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Assessing and deciding on nursing and health care measures during contact and home visits to patients
• Guiding and delegating nursing staff in health care tasks
• Documenting according to applicable guidelines and routines
• Collaborating and communicating with patients, relatives, and partners

The work is varied and independent, with significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues in both health care and social services.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Alternatively is a nursing student or nursing assistant with relevant experience
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is responsible, flexible, and has a professional and secure approach

Experience is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability and the ability to collaborate.
