Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will play a central role in promoting public health through vaccinations, counseling, and patient-safe care. Your tasks will be varied and involve both direct patient contact and coordination responsibilities.

You will provide counseling both on-site and via digital channels, as well as handle phone consultations and processing through 1177 e-services and Messenger. Documentation and record-keeping are important parts of your work to ensure high patient safety. With support from experienced colleagues and continuous professional development, you will gradually evolve into a more independent advisory role.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a nurse with a few years of experience, preferably with further education and prescribing rights. We place great importance on personal qualities such as good collaboration skills, responsibility, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards patients, relatives, and colleagues. You should have the ability to plan, structure, and be independent in your work. We also value your interest in continuing to develop our operations together with us.

Since the position involves travel, a driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in vaccination work within healthcare.
• Experience in leading and organizing operations or workgroups.
• Familiarity with Region Värmland's healthcare organization.
• Experience in handling digital tools and systems in daily work.
