As a licensed occupational therapist, you are part of the individual and care department's organization.

We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in developing the operations within social psychiatry, the labor market unit, and housing support, as well as contributing to collaboration projects, for example, Värmland collaborates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Are you our new colleague who wants to help develop working methods towards social psychiatry, the labor market unit, and individual and family care?

As a licensed occupational therapist, you will work together with other professionals in the team to create conditions for the person you meet to live as active and independent a life as possible, based on a person-centered approach.

You are responsible for mapping the individual's activity ability and, in collaboration with the individual, identifying and designing the support and strategies needed to manage daily activities. The role also includes supporting caseworkers in assessments and decisions regarding which support is most appropriate.

During the project, the needs and areas of use for occupational therapy competence within these operations will be mapped and developed.

You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team and actively contribute to a positive and professional work environment. You are engaged, flexible, and attentive, with good communication skills and a respectful demeanor.

A B driver's license and a license as an occupational therapist are required for the position. You have a good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing and possess good digital competence.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Experience working in psychiatry or social psychiatry and further education in psychiatry is meritorious.
