We are now looking for a district nurse for Vårdcentralen Eda.

We are a well-staffed health center with several district doctors, ST doctors, and AT doctors who, together with nurses, nursing assistants, health administrators, social workers, medical foot care therapists, psychologists, and rehabilitation coordinators, are responsible for approximately 7,800 registered patients. A lot of competence in a stimulating environment. Above all, we are proud of our work and our health center, which we strive to improve further.

Your Responsibilities

As a district nurse with us, you will work in a stimulating and developing environment. Your tasks will be the usual ones for the profession at a health center, plus you will have the opportunity to work in Team Utsocknes, which is a mobile team where we perform home visits. We always strive to provide each other with a good working environment and a welcoming climate with open doors in a safe environment.

In a rural health center, you will be able to use all your skills. Here we have the entire general medical assignment, plus we perform treatments and tasks that reduce the need for patient transfers.

Your Skills/Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse (180 credits). It is a plus if you have experience working with children, such as in child health care (BVC), and also as a coordinating nurse at a health center.

You thrive in a smaller organization where collaboration and flexibility are a natural part of everyday life. For us, it is important that you work independently but also see the value of close teamwork. You are confident, solution-oriented, and have a good approach with the patient in focus.
