Is This You?

We want you to have:

• Education as a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or nursing assistant with a psychiatric focus
• Experience working in social psychiatry and/or experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and neuropsychiatric functional variations
• Competence in substance use disorders and domestic violence. We prefer that you have further education in MI, CBT-oriented methods, and/or independent living
• A valid driver's license (B)
• You enjoy variation in your work and can switch working methods throughout the day depending on who you meet.
• You like to work independently and structured but also value collegial community.
• You have an easy time collaborating with others and communicating verbally and in writing.

We apply a six-month probationary period. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
