JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Group 1:

This requires you to have education and experience with the target group of people with acquired brain injuries. Since this is a group that is now expanding, you need to be creative, attentive, and develop activities and tasks based on the customers' needs and wishes. This can range from socializing with others, changing environments, to striving to regain cognitive and physical abilities. You need to be empathetic, patient, mentally stable, and physically fit. You should be responsible, engaged, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Work Group 2:

Customers with significant care needs, here we see a need for trained nursing assistants who feel secure working under medication delegation from our nurses, performing various care tasks, and handling different aids such as ceiling lifts. You should enjoy having a varied workday, where sometimes a lot happens and sometimes a slower pace is required based on what the customer needs at the moment. You need to be able to collaborate with your colleagues while also taking responsibility for both customer work and a pleasant work environment. We have nice sensory rooms, opportunities for outdoor activities, and other activities. You need to be attentive, have the ability to read our customers, be curious about constantly developing communication opportunities, and offer various activities. You also need to understand the meaning of low-arousal approaches to prevent challenging behaviors. If such a situation arises, you need to exude calm and security.

Work Group 3:

Customers with autism, here you need to be secure, have structure throughout the day adjusted to the customer's needs. There are tasks and activities both indoors and outdoors, so you need to be physically fit. Some driving of the organization's vehicles is included in the job responsibilities. You need to adapt your communication, be knowledgeable in AAC and TSS, and be able to handle various apps and aids that our customers use. You need to be mentally stable, responsible, and ready for challenges. Flexibility is required, as well as the ability to switch between working independently with one customer and with several customers in group activities. The work includes preventive efforts regarding challenging behaviors by working in a low-arousal manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

For all positions, you need to have training as a nursing assistant or educational training, computer skills, and good knowledge of various programs and systems. The work includes being the contact person for one or more customers. You are responsible for coordinating around the customer, establishing implementation plans, and ensuring the customer has a meaningful and developing daily operation with us based on their goals.

We work according to basic hygiene routines and provide work clothes. Our workplace is smoke- and perfume-free. We offer full-time employment, possibly part-time, with working hours determined by the needs of the operation. The positions are permanent, temporary, and we are also looking for those interested in hourly employment.

We are in a transformation journey and will continue to develop collaborations with various housing units, so part of the working hours may be allocated to one of our LSS housing facilities. We collaborate and help each other between units in the entire operation based on the needs of the day. For all positions, a manual driver's license, education, experience, and personal suitability are required. We offer full-time employment, possibly part-time, with at least 75%. Working hours are allocated based on the needs of the operation.
