Your Mission

We are now looking for additional preschool assistants for our preschools in eastern Härryda during the spring until summer, with a possible extension in the autumn. The preschools are located in Hindås, Rävlanda, and Hällingsjö and are close to nature and outdoor activities.

As a preschool assistant in Härryda municipality, you contribute to a safe, equitable, and developing preschool. Together with preschool teachers and colleagues, you create good relationships and a stimulating learning environment based on the preschool's curriculum and values.

Your responsibilities include:

• meeting each child based on their needs and interests
• contributing to safety, structure, and joy in work
• participating in planning, implementation, and follow-up of the activities
• working with pedagogical documentation and reflection

Qualifications

Requirements

• Education as a preschool assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Basic digital competence
• Good knowledge of the preschool's mission and curriculum

Meritorious

• Preschool assistant with upper secondary education
• Experience working in preschool
• Experience of systematic quality work
• Experience working with children in need of special support
• Experience with language development approaches

Personal Qualities

You are confident in the adult role and have a professional approach in your interactions with children, colleagues, and guardians. You are responsible, flexible, and collaborate well with others. You are attentive, engaged, and relationship-building, and have a positive and solution-focused approach in everyday life.
