Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant is largely about being able to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible – and who is also pedagogical, patient, and able to handle tough mental situations.

Our customer appreciates training, especially rehabilitation, to strengthen their body and increase their independence.

You will be present in daily life and provide support in various moments and activities throughout the day.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following:

• wants to work with a woman in her 40s living in Hindås

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• is non-smoker

• has good physical condition and can perform transfers

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• have a B driver's license

• are used to working in stressful situations that require mental strength

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The employment form is “as long as the assistance assignment lasts”, and we are looking for several personal assistants who can work part-time during the day, evening, and night with 9 hours of on-call duty per night. Work shifts occur both weekdays and weekends.

Working hours:

Monday–Friday: 15:30–07:30 (including 9 hours of on-call duty)

Saturday–Sunday: 07:30–15:30 and 15:30–07:30 (including 9 hours of on-call duty)

Position 1. 13 h/week - 32.5% Position 2. 14 h/week - 35% Position 3. 11 h/week - 27.5% Position 4. 16 h/week - 40%

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
