We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a 1st Social Worker SoL.

The authority unit is divided into two areas, SoL and LSS, which together constitute the unit as a whole. We are just over 30 employees working here, including social workers, contact social workers, housing adaptation officers, and social administrators. The authority unit has two managers and three 1st social workers, two in SoL and one in LSS. We are part of the department for Municipal Primary Care and Authority, which is part of the Health and Care Administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you a stimulating and responsible job with great opportunities to influence. In this position, you have a leading role where you are responsible for the daily work of the unit. You are responsible for planning and conducting weekly method meetings, case supervision, and regular case reviews with the social workers. You provide support and guidance to your colleagues as needed. Together with your team, you will develop work methods and processes and be part of our common journey forward.

You will work closely with your manager and be part of the operational management group. In the unit, there are two experienced 1st social workers who will be your closest colleagues, one in SoL and one in LSS. We offer close and trust-based leadership and a great collaboration with competent and engaged colleagues. We hope you want to share this journey with us.

In your role, you will support the social workers in their work based on current regulations and the political mandate. You have an overarching view of the work where you provide support to the case handlers in the investigative work. You follow up to ensure that handling and documentation comply with regulations and that assistance/services are legally secure and cost-effective. You participate in the follow-up of current goals and actively work with the unit's improvement and development work.

To maintain the best possible work environment, you continuously monitor the case handlers' case load and ensure an even distribution of cases. As a 1st social worker, you keep yourself updated on current case law and initiate the need for changed guidelines when necessary.

We actively work to ensure that everyone working in the unit feels that they are developing and strengthening in their professional role. Security in the core mission is central, and the work is characterized by a solidarity perspective where we take responsibility for our own work while supporting each other.

An important part of this position is to adapt the leadership style and method support to the needs of the social workers and to utilize the group's knowledge and experiences. The position includes representing the unit in various contexts internally and externally and representing the board in administrative courts and administrative courts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a degree in social work or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have extensive experience in authority operations with investigations, assessments, and implementation of decisions within SoL. We would also like you to have experience in the LSS area. It is advantageous if you have experience in leadership within authority operations.

The position involves administrative work such as issuing service statements, which means you need to have a good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language both orally and in writing. You have knowledge of documentation according to IBIC (Individual's Needs in Center).

You are attentive and inclusive and can create conditions for good development where new ideas and proposals can be developed. You are constructive and can communicate clearly and pedagogically.
